I purchased my first Roku product yesterday and was immediately confronted with issues during setup the screen would randomly go black and anything I tried to stream gave me and HDCP error. I spent and hour trying new hdmi cables, hdmi ports and trying different settings on the device and my TV nothing worked. I exchanged the product at the place of purchase and I'm getting the same issue with another brand new Roku express. I have followed every troubleshooting step provided and if I don't get a response from a knowledgeable Roku representative I'm going to return this product and never buy from you again! And don't tell me I need to buy a new TV all my other devices work just fine the is a problem with the Roku express only.
