I am also having the same issue. I am using the SN from the stick itself and it just comes up with this error message:
What HDCP error are you getting? Does your TV support HDCP 2.2?
I had HDCP 2.1 enabled instead of 2.2 and it was a pain to get the roku to work once I changed it to 2.2.
Hmm I’ve no idea and not sure how to check either? It’s a Sharp Aquos tv but I’m not sure the year
