Tried all solutions by replacing hdmi cable ,changing factory reset,replaced with new roku express + but same problem displaying hdcp error ,try to call or get support from roku but got worse experience of not getting any link to connect to get technical support ,please support if anybody knows a solution
It sounds like you've replaced everything except the TV. Try a different HDMI input. Try "resetting" the TV by unplugging the power for a minute or so and plugging it back in.
Thanks for your reply i tried with all of 3 hdmi available ports and had hard tv reset didnt solve the problem , as to my understanding is there any chance to get available software that supports 1.3 hdcp
