HD Surround/Home Theatre system issues

I have a digital surround system added to my Roku. At least once a week, I have an issue with the audio having a "tick" with every word that comes through. I have to shut down/restart the Roku to correct the issue. I check for an update each time and "No updates available". I need a fix!
