Global App doesn't seem to work properly and no update

The global tv app for a while hasn't been working properly I click on to a show the ad plays fine and then when the show comes up, its just green static and distortion no real video or audio just green mess.

I have complained a few times and hasn't been updated in a long time. I get the run around of Uninstall the app then reinstall, try factory resetting the device see if that fixes it... I know its not the device cause it plays everything else fine and the ad in the global app plays fine. Literally just keep going around and around in a circle with them.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. We suggest reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
