Frozen for 12+ hours

My roku express has been frozen since last night. I’ve tried unplugging/replugging it several times. I’ve tried reconnecting the remote. I tried leaving it unplugged overnight. NOTHING has worked. This happens to me at least once a month. I have had nothing but problems with this device.

What does "frozen" mean?  What is showing on your screen, if anything?
