Frozen Apps

My roku is connected to the internet with an excellent signal. I have restarted it countless times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps and yet they still don't load. It'll with sit at the loading screen and freeze or it will just go black and freeze.

There was an update this morning (11/13/2020) and it hasn't worked since.
