Freezes on start up

 I installed my Roku. After having it for less than an hour streaming app freaked out.  Have tried resetting Roku multiple times but it goes to home screen and cursor won't move.

Can you please be more specific regarding the issue that you are experiencing. What app was behaving strangely? What were you seeing when this happened?
