FoxNews audio.........WTH??

Sirs........I beg of you.  I think 10 days is enough time to fix an issue, or get the proper party to fix it.  This isn't even Roku's problem because my Fire-stick also does the same thing.  Why is NOBODY monitoring their product to make sure it works correctly.........and why is it that you cannot even notify anyone. If you send a request to FoxNews, no one responds and it's probably setting on a server somewhere, so that doesn't work.  But on a tech issue that can be fixed from an IT guy's house?  This is truly unbelievable to me. Roku are the only party that has the ability to get the word to the proper people, and FoxNews is notorious anyway for about the worst app available. I have no problems with anything else.  THANK YOU!
