Flashing colors onn tv roku

I just brought the tv 2 days ago .I woke up this morning , and I powered on my tv and got flashing colors? What is wrong with my tv . I can not remove the flashing colors off

Sounds like a defective TV.

You can try the Factory Reset, but I would return it to Walmart and exchange/refund.
