Express+ using 1080P TV with HDCP V1.4 getting HDCP error

Same issue as others, but no solutions posted have been successful. I've tried reboot, reinstall, changed hdmi cable to v2.2 compliant, but the error persists. The only thing that will work, is to run with the composite cable, which looks just "great!" NOT!!! 

It worked fine before, but after updates it does not work any longer while using any hdmi cable. Is there any way to roll back updates? Everyone knows its an update issue, and rolling back the update would be a fix, but that would be too easy. I feel sure I will get no replies, except maybe the standard "Microsoft" type reply, such as, "check the troubleshooting section." Blah, blah, blah!!
