Express 4K+ newly bought shows blank content can only see menu

I have LG 55UH615A which according to specs has all 3 HDCP 2.2 ports. After setting up Roku Express 4K+, it could not detect display type. I set it to Auto detect and individually selected all from 4K to 720 P but none of these works. I can see menu for channels and menu inside channels like Fox, Peacock etc but when I play any content I only get audio. TV screen is blank and doesn't display any video content. Tried many channels and restarted Roku but no luck. I will need to return this if it doesn't work.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried using another HDMI input on our TV as well as switching out the HDMI cable to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku device to another TV to see if you are having the same issue?
