@Marla1 Thanks for the note here. If you are encountering this type of message, we recommend that you use the included wall power adapter to power your device. Some USB ports do not offer enough voltage to properly power your device.
If you are using the included wall power adapter, we'd recommend trying a different micro-USB cable or power adapter/plug to see if this clears up the issue. If you need more help from there, let us know!
