Playback Issues - Audio/Video & Power

Worked fine an hour ago now i get a message, changed ports worked fine went outside for 10 mins came back same message how do i fix it

Started happening to me last weekend and now happens all the time! I’ve tried restarts, new hdmi cable, new ports, still happens! 😡

Silly question but is it only 24 fps stuff it does it on?

Same problem but its only 24 fps that shows the problem.....
