Earbuds audio doesn’t work for Disney+


When earbuds are plugged in to Roku Ultra remote, no audio plays when viewing the Disney+ channel. The sounds are audible when clicking through the menu within Disney+, but no audio plays for any content. When earbuds are unplugged, audio works fine. This doesn’t happen with any other channel. What needs to be changed?
