Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.
I am using a roku streaming player that is hooked up to surround sound system. Recently I logged on to the disney plus app and when I select a movie or show I can hear the movie/show but lose picture. It almost seems as if the Roku gets turned off but still have audio. Any ideas?
