Disney+ not playing correctly

Disney+ was working fine for a few months now all of a sudden it is buffering every few seconds. Movies on other Roku channels work fine with no network issues so I’m not sure what to do for Disney Plus. Any advice would be great, thank you!

Re: Disney+ not playing correctly

Hi @Kiddlecat

Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device. Try these simple tips and troubleshooting as this may help with the connectivity issue https://blog.roku.com/8-tips-improve-wireless-connection.

Please keep us posted!

Thanks,

Mary
