Dc power stick + 4K

Hi All,

I have a portable projector with a four hour battery life - great for backyard get-togethers and does not require extension cables (tripping hazards) to be strung through the yard. I would love to add my Roku + 4K stick into the mix but am looking NOT to have a power cable. I have portable charger (specs below) that I’d like to use to power the Roku and was wondering if it would work?

  • Battery Type: Li-Polymer Battery
  • Capacity:30000mAh/111Wh 3.7V
  • Input: Micro USB (5V/2A,9V/2A,12V/1.5A), Type-C 5V/3A (Max)
  • Output: USB1 (5V/3A, 9V/2A,12V/1.5A), USB2 5V/2.4A, Type-C 5V/3A (Max)

Thanks for looking, hoping for a conformation!

Re: Dc power stick + 4K

I'm all about wired so thats what I advocate. Consider elevating the wires.

You only need one extension make it Yellow and look cool.

People dont think that way so it seems daunting but it isnt.

You might need longer wires but its so much safer.

On the ground is asking for trouble.

I highly recommend using a Surge Protector with your scenario.
