Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Does this issue happen when you are not using the Roku device? Is the issue on a specific channel, or is it only when watching content on the Roku Channel? Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV or switching out the HDMI cable to connect the device to see if that resolves the issue?
