Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.
No matter what app is open and even on the home screen, there are horizontal lines at the top of the screen. Turning on and off and unplugging did not fix issue. No external damage, TV did not have this issue until suddenly. TV is up to date on 10.0.0 and was newly bought in Dec 2020. How do I fix issue?
