Changing channels upward in all apps - the app closes

When I change channels upward in any app the app automatically closes and goes to main ROKU screen.

Tried all the resetting and batteries.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the post.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter? We highly recommend the latter.
