Here are the steps I've already did!! Check connection- Excellent.   Check for updates-None.  Reset connection- didn't help.  Unplugged tv for 30 secs - nothing.   System reset- no help at all!  I hit star on each app and removed and then reinstalled.  And Lastly I did factory reset- NOTHING!!!    This is on a Onn 42" Roku tv With software version 10.0.0. Build 4195-C4


If you've tried everything listed (seems like you have) you should message @RokuDanny-R with your account/device info and a brief description of the problem/troubleshooting youve done, and he should be able to assist you further.
