What is the latest Software Version and Build Number for the Roku software?

Same thing happened to me. "Access denied" is what I got.

What was I doing right before I got that message that I didn't have access to that link on your website? 

I was clicking on the link Roku provided. 

And no. No screen shots.

I have an older Sylvania tv. My Roku streaming stick + has been my only source of television.  Suddenly the screen says to change computer's screen resolution. My TV does not have a better resolution.  I am completely out of touch with the world without it. Now is not the time to require upgrades!

never mind the TV in Roku go to Settings/Display type>> Try Auto detect or maybe 720p.

soooo, how do you go to settings etc if there is NO PICTURE?

I get the same response: there is a resolution but when I try to view it, I get Access Denied.
