Being returned to Home screen

OK so I have only had my Roku for about 4 months and I have already unplugged it and I have already uninstalled channels and reinstalled and my ISSUE is, is that Roku keeps kicking me back to the home screen...I need to know what should I do????

Are you watching something when it crashes and goes to Home?

Does this happen with all channels?

There is no need to unplug it, ever.

What Model do you have?

I'm not clear as to what is happening exactly......

Thanks for the post.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter? We would highly recommend the latter.

We have two Roku's and we cannot watch AT&T tv or Prime on either of them. It logs in, but never on and then returns to home screen. Netflix works, Disney plus works, most everything else does.  

We have the premeire 3920X

Its working fine now I just factory reset the Roku.. But its connected by Hdmi
