Audio requires reset often Premiere

Every week or so the sound goes out on my New Visio TV. I’m using digital audio out to a Roku Premiere. I have a Vizio soundbar too. When I switch to TV speakers there’s still no sound. I actually thought the TV sound had gone out and bought a new $500 TV! 
But the same thing happened again! I discovered that I have to unplug and restart my new Roku Premiere to get the sound back through either the TV or soundbar  again this is happening every week or so! Is this a known issue? I’m guessing it is.

I am thoroughly ticked that Roku has such poor tech support. I’ve got many units between multiple rental properties and home. I’ll have to rethink. Being inexpensive doesn’t allow there to be no support.
