Our audio works when scrolling through the Roku menu but we lose it when playing a TV show/movie. It was working fine yesterday but stopped working today.

Using a Premiere+ model 4630x
For the past couple weeks, every time I use my Roku I have to reboot it to get audio to work. I can here all the button navigation clicks no problem, but as soon as I start a program, there is no audio. Happens on all channels that I have tried. Once I reboot, audio works fine for the duration of the program.
Come back the next day to use it again, and I have to reboot again to get audio to work.
I'm having the exact issue. How do you reboot the TV?
Reboot the Roku, not the TV. Easiest way is just to unplug it then plug it back in.
Still waiting for Roku to fix this problem.
Same issue started with a recent update. Only fix so far has been unplug and restart the Roku.
