Audio lagging screen play! Tried a bunch of troubleshooting solutions..TV less than 2 months old!!

Very frustrated. Audio lagging screen play. Have tried the PCM stereo troubleshoot, as well as reset audio, deleting apps, software updates and turning off roku entirely. TV is less than 2 months old!!

How do you fix the voice sync?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
