Audio lagging and skipping words.

The mouths move but it’s not in sync with what I’m hearing and it’s also skipping every few words with a pause and we miss part of what’s being said. I restarted. The system is on the newest update. Our internet is fine so can’t figure out what’s happening. Any ideas??

Which Channel is this happening on.

Sometimes this happens and its Channel Specific.

Highlite the channel in Home press Star key and send feedback.

I assume you restarted via Settings/System/System restart

Its probably temporary.

Is this a general system problem or does it only occur on specific channels?   If just on specific channels perhaps they've gotten corrupted and need to be reinstalled.

  1. Highlight channel in channel grid
  2. Press * key on remote.
  3. Click on Remove channel.  Channel will be removed from all Rokus on this Roku account.
  4. Restart Roku via Settings > System > System restart
  5. Reinstall channel from Channel store. Channel will be added to the bottom of the channel grid on all Rokus on this account.
  6. If the channel requires its own login, you'll need to log in again on all Rokus on this account.
