Audio garbled echoing static etc with just one roku stick

For a day now I have nothing but static, garbled, and echoing audio. One TV only- works fine on smart side of tv but not on roku stick side- any suggestions? already unplugged etc. Shame Roku will not take a call for tech issues!

You didnt mention your Roku model # or firmware version:   Settings/System/About

1)  Completely unplug BOTH your TV and your Roku from AC power for 5-10 minutes - Turn TV on completely first, then Roku on completely second - try again

2)  Change Settings/Audio/HDMI=PCM-Stereo - try again

Just bought single roku stick. Same trouble.

Now, all of the sudden I'm not so happy with Roku.

Can you please provide more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Is this issue happening on a specific channel or does it happen across all channels? How is the device connected? Are you using any external audio products in your home setup? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried to resolve the issue?
