Audio & Video Don't Match

My audio does not match the video. Sound is off from what the video is showing-----very annoying. People are talking and it doesn't match at all. Any ideas? I've reset the Roku device.....it is fine on our other TV. This started Saturday night and it hasn't gotten any better. 
Please help.

You didnt mention your Roku model # and firmware version: Settings/System/About

1) If its a 4800 or Roku TV, change Settings/Audio/HDMI or SPDIF & ARC=Auto passthrough

2) Otherwise, unplug Roku/TV/AVR/Soundbar from AC for 3-5 minutes, then power them fully on in the following order:  A) Soundbar/AVR  B) TV C) Roku

Its just a regular Roku Express. No sound bar attached.
