Audio/Video not synched

I have three Roku devices. Two of them the audio does not match the video. The audio is ahead of the video by a few seconds.  Does anyone have an idea as to how to fix this?

It happened to me too today after thenew update release. Can’t have the synchronization of sound anymore. Please fix it, it’s making me want to stop watching

If your remote has a headphone jack, stop the video and plug in.  If the sound is then synched, unplug. 

Worked for me.
