Hello!
I have a Denon AVR-X2500H connected through the ARC HDMI port on my Samsung QN75Q60R. I watch most of my content through a Roku connected directly to the TV and most Apps work 100% fine, but when trying to watch a film through the Movies Anywhere App, there are very noticeable audio sync issues, like watching a very badly dubbed film. The Roku is a Premiere Plus Model 4630x
I've tried Power Cycling, rebooting the Roku, Uninstalling and reinstalling the Movies Anywhere App, I've contacted Movies Anywhere and they are unable to replicate the issue. I tried with just the TV audio and it was fine, it's only when playing a movie when the receiver is turned on that the audio sync issues seem to be present, but I'm hesitant to mess with settings because on all other apps the audio sync is fine. If anyone has any suggestions for something else to try, I'd be happy to hear them. Thanks!
I have massive problems with the Movies Anywhere app audio sync on multiple platforms (Xbox, Roku, Android). Like you, I uninstalled, reinstalled, power cycled, etc. and all to no avail. The problem is baked into the app.
