Audio Problems

I have a Roku express. There have been intermittent problems with the audio. I have disconnected and reconnected it. I also changed the HDMI cable. The problem goes away for awhile, but then returns. I also noticed that the device feels hot.

We have had our Roku for barely 3 months and came home the other night to the sound being choppy. We tried a few things and they didnt work so we moved it to another television. It worked for a few days but was again choppy when I turned it on last night.  Is this similar to the problem you are describing?

Yes! I have the exact same problem.  I contacted customer support.  They are going to exchange my device.  They sent me an RMA number.  I'm going to pack up my device and send it to them for a replacement.
