Audio Popping & Blank Black Screen

Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series)  

Sudden horrible popping sounds and next day nothing but a blank black screen.  No overheating issues and tried changing to another HDMI port. Those were not the issues. 

Is there an software issue or do I have an bad stick? I am home from work because of the CovidVirus and need t.v.! I usually work 7days a week...20 to 30 days straight. Please help me enjoy my relaxing t.v. time! My wife thanks you in advance!
