Audio Drop out

We recently bought two Roku Streaming Stick Pluses.

When we are streaming something from various networks, Xfinity, Netflix, HBO Go, Prime, etc, as we are selecting a new show or even just pressing continue to view the next episode, the sound just goes out. We have to unplug the Roku connection to the tv for about 30 seconds and then it starts working again. Why does this keep happening?

Did you ever find the solution? I have the same thing happen, when one episode of a show ends and the next episode starts it has no sound. What we do is fast forward and the rewind a couple times and the sound starts again.
