All content inside channels, including audio/video, formatting, features, etc. are managed by each channel (app) provider directly. If an audio format is not working correctly or appears to be unavailable, you'll need to follow up with the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional help. If you've already reached out to them, I'd recommend continuing to follow up.
