Apps not working

My Internet strength is excellent but none of my apps are working properly. They are either skipping or not playing at all. I tried resetting the tv and router. Nothing is working. Please help!

Did they used to work and all of a sudden stopped or never worked?

just for grins run an Ethernet cable from the router to Roku just to determine if WiFi is really culprit or not.
