Apps just stuck loading despite fast internet.

Television can't process commands, audio and video are always out of sync, and the apps will hang no matter which app we use. The television is on the other side of a thin wall from the router with 100Gb/s speed. No other devices have this problem. Television also keeps getting disconnected from the internet for some reason. Please help. We are at wit's end and Hisense sent us here.

Every morning the only way to get relief is to unplug tv and try that way. It's maddening.
