Amc plus and history vault not working

So a few days ago my husband (who is obsessed with mad men and history channel) went to resume his episode of mad men and when he went to click on it to start it and it took him right back to the page he was on. History vault is doing the same thing. Is there anything going on with them? All of my other apps are fine except these. I have tried updating, restarting, deleting the apps and putting them back on and nothing is working.

Does this happen on all movies/shows in AMC plus or just specific titles?

For clarification, have you tried restarting the device before removing the channel and before adding the channel back once more?
