Amazon prime and press back to hide

Roku stick and prime playback. At the end of an episode I get the annoying popup to hide box. This happens as much as 10 minutes before the episode ends way before any credits. I have turned off autoplay in the prime settings and in the roku settings. Sometimes press back to play does nothing.  Sometimes it goes back to the previous episode and restarts from the beginning. How can I completely disable this popup so I can watch to the end?

Cancel your subscription until they finally wake up and stop doing this, or at least add a setting to turn it off. I wrote to them YEARS ago about this only to be ignored.

I never see this. I'd suggest deleting the channel and reinstalling to see if it fixes the problem.

Remove/reinstall procedure:

1. Highlight channel on home screen.

2. Press * key and choose Remove channel option.

3 .IMPORTANT- DON'T SKIP:
From home screen, Settings > System > System restart. This assures no remnant of the old installation remains in the Roku's memory.

4. Reinstall the channel.

5. If channel requires a login, you may need to log in anew.
