Every time I try to start a program on Amazon Prime all I get is sound. No video at all. This same exact issue happened two weeks ago. Now once again I cannot view video on Amazon Prime. How can this same error happen only two weeks apart? Is it an Amazon issue or a Roku issue?
I have the same issue. Audio but no video. Had the same issue two weeks ago. It started working again, now it's not.
Same here. Roku Express+. Have spent hours online with Amazon Customer Support and they can't figure it out.
Happening here as well. Yesterday I Replaced an xs to upgrade to new express. Thought I was doing something wrong. Tried every fix I could think of still no video.
