Always have to reset

Every time I turn on the tv/Roku, the screen is bouncing and I have to reset.  After it is reset it works fine.  Is there any way around this, it’s getting old doing this every time it powers up.

Has there been a solution to this? I have had to reset my Roku every time I turn on the TV or else Netflix stalls out, Hulu doesn't work, etc. I've done a factory reset as well. Works right after a reset but then next time I turn on the TV nothing works properly. I saw Roku employee comments here asking for info but not sure where to send the info?

Are you using the power cord and power adapter plugged into the wall?  If not try using the power adapter (any cell phone charger USB 1amp 5volt should work).
