AT&T TV Sound Lag

I recently installed two Roku Express devices and I logged into my AT&T TV app. The sound/picture is completely out of sync and completely unwatchable. I've called AT&T and they told me to do some basic troubleshooting, no solution has worked. Is this an AT&T issue or a Roku issue? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

What model # and software version Roku do you have? (Settings/System/About)

What does Settings/Audio/HDMI="Auto detect" indicate is detected? (highlight it)

How is your Roku connected? To your TV? To your AVR (if you have an AVR)?
