4K streaming stick setup was good with audio_ but not now...no audio when powering on each time....

Audio 4K streaming stick setup was good with audio_BUT not now...no audio when powering on each time. After I have tried all the solutions offered  BY Roku the audio will not work. UNLESS I disconnect the 4K stick from the HDMI port on the back of the TV and reinsert it back into this port or another HDMI port again..then the audio will work with the programming UNTIL you power off the Roku. I come back to the ROKU player later in the day or the next day to power on the 4k stick player then the audio will not work unless I remove the 4K stick from the HDMI port and reinsert the stick into the HDMI port and then audio works.  I believe I have tried all the suggested solutions but this is the only way I can get the audio to work. I need HELP.  Roku can you help me?

Roku devices don't power off.  At most they go into a "power saving" mode.  If you have it connected to the TV's USB port try using the supplied power adapter.  If there's a setting under Settings->System->Power for power saving try disabling it.
