Not getting 5.1 sound on content that shows it and is selected in Audio and Subtitles while the show is playing from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, probably others. Volume Mode is Off. Software ver.: 9.3.0. Ethernet and HDMI connections. Swapped HDMI cable with a known working Blu-ray player. Display Type settings are Auto, Detected: 4K HDR at 60Hz, HDCP 2.2. Audio mode is Auto.
The Roku Channel does play surround so the Roku Premiere + is working in my system.
I have restarted the Roku player. I have removed and re-installed the Netflix channel.
What the heck is wrong? Who’s issue is this?
