42” Sharp Roku TV HDMI ports stopped working.

I have a 42” Roku Sharp brand TV with 3 HDMI ports. One day they were all working fine. They all worked with my laptop, PlayStation, and Switch with no issue. Then all of a sudden, one day, all three stopped. I have no idea why. It doesn’t matter how I plug the cord in or how many times I restart or factory reset my TV, it never picks up signal. I’ve tried getting new cords but that isn’t the issue either. It just gives me the message “No signal. Is it on?” I use this TV in my dorm room and I use it a lot. I don’t want to have to buy a new TV when the one I have should still work just fine. I have researched and found that it may be a Roku OS error but I’m not sure.  Does anyone know the problem or how to fix it?

The entire HDMI capability failing sounds to me like a hardware problem.  Roku doesn't build the sets, it just provides the Roku operating system.  For hardware issues you need to contact the manufacturer.

I just did. Thank you for the quick response. I wanted to see if it was a hardware or OS problem and I have come to the conclusion that it is a hardware problem. I’m hoping there is a fix to it soon.

If it's a hardware problem, you might have to take it up to a TV repair place that fixes Sharp TV's. Do you have issues with any other HDMI port if you have your gaming systems attached? If so it's not a Roku OS problem.
