3ABN Channel Loading, Skipping

Since the last update, we have been experiencing a lot of issues where within the first 5 minutes of each show on any of the 3ABN channels, we will see the screen go black, with a yellow Loading bar, and that can last for a few seconds, up to a minute.  Then the show will continue, and then during the rest of the show, it will tend to skip either backwards, or forwards.  There is no real logic to which direction it will skip.  

I have been through as many of the troubleshooting steps as I can find, and nothing helps.  I am using a Roku Ultra, and a Roku Streaming Stick.  They both do this.  Is this something that is channel related?  I have contacted the channel, but no response has come.  Maybe there is a solution I have not found yet?

Does the issue only occur within the 3ABN channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings System System restart > Restart.

However, if the issue persists after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.

Thanks for the response.  This was one of the first things I did since it happened after an update.  I will probably try and contact the channel and see if they will respond.
