So i don't watch much tv because inam always working. So i had some free time so i went to turn everything on everything powers on except my roku. New batteries in the remote still nothing. brand new micro cable purchased nothing, new power adapter purchased and replaced and still nothing. Tried to find where to talk to a customer care person find out they dont assist with the 3930X devices. I have another plan coverage bu they wont let me file a claim until my 1 year manufacturers warranty is up which is 3 months away from now. Any advice would be helpful! Please ans thanks in advance.
