3811x audio and video stops and starts and continues the program as if nothing happened

Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series)  So my audio and video stops and starts. No network issues. No blinking lights. Someone help me please. I do have an older model philips flat screen.

First thing I'd try would be to restart the Roku.  Settings > System > System restart
