wireless quit working

Device:  Model 3929X, SN# K429CG444642.

Wireless quit working in the middle of a show.  Tried everything already posted.  Restarted device, soft boot of device, hard boot, rebooted router, rescaned, all were done multiple times.  Device is not seeing any wireless networks, none.  My daughter brought here Roku downstairs and plugged in and it worked no problem.  I'm out of ideas.

Try this:

  • Restart your network router (yes, even if other devices connect without a problem).  That may be all it takes to allow you to connect your Roku to your home network).  If not, keep going.
  • Restart you Roku via Settings > System > System restart.  Again, that may be all it takes to allow you to connect your Roku to your home network). If not, keep going.
  • Try to connect to your net via Settings > Network> Set up connection.
  • If that still doesn't get it, try pulling the Roku's power cord for a few seconds.  When it powers back up try repeating the network setup again.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone but they have all been tried and failed.  Problem still exists.

Did you reset both the Roku and the router at the same time? Generally that is what works with mine.
